POLICY:

Cancellation: 
If cancelled up to 5 days prior the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled less than 5 days notice 1 day cost of the booking  will be charged. For group cancellation policy is 2 weeks prior the date.

GUEST:
Single Room - Maximum of 1 Person.
Double Room - Maximum of 2 Person.
No Children Under the age of 12 Years Old.
Only guest are allowed in the bed room -  No visitors in the bed room.

Smoking:
We operate a Strictly NO SMOKING Policy any where in the building. The guest can smoke outside the building, in the front.

Take Away Food:
Guest are not allowed to eat take away in bed room but the guest are allowed to eat in the dining room.

Please refer to our "Facilities" page. 

We serve Continental Breakfast (since Dec 2012). Please refer to Menu Page.

No charge for breakfast for paying guest.
